1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within this period. The return window begins on the day the product is delivered to your address, as confirmed by our tracking system.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The saree must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including the Chandini Collections box, tissue paper, and dust bag (if applicable).
- No perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other marks or stains on the fabric.
- The item must not have been washed, ironed, or dry-cleaned.
3. How to Return
Initiating a return is simple:
- Contact Us: Call +91 98765 43210, email returns@chandinicollections.com, or use the contact form on our website. Provide your Order ID and reason for the return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization within 24 hours along with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Packaging: Carefully repack the saree in its original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
- Pickup: We will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep. Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed as follows:
- Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
- Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are transferred to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped).
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items that show signs of use, missing tags, or damaged packaging.
5. Exchange Process
Prefer a different item? We make exchanges easy:
- Contact us with your order ID and specify the new item you'd like (color, size, or different product).
- If the replacement item is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as we receive the original item.
- If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the balance accordingly.
- You may exchange for any product of equal or higher value. For lower-value items, the difference will be refunded.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange. Multiple exchanges for the same order are not available.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order sarees.
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (marked as "Final Sale").
- Items without original tags or in a used, washed, or altered condition.
- Blouse pieces that have been stitched or altered.
- Gift cards and digital vouchers.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange an immediate replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
- In most cases, we do not require you to return the damaged item.
- For manufacturing defects discovered after use, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again, as it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary by institution.
- If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@chandinicollections.com and we'll investigate immediately.
