1. Domestic Shipping
We partner with leading Indian logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery across all states and union territories. All domestic orders include real-time tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders above ₹2,999. A flat fee of ₹99 applies for orders below this threshold. Delivery is available to all pin codes served by our logistics partners.
- Express Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for ₹149 per order. Express shipments receive priority handling and are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹50,000 within India. A convenience fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders.
2. International Shipping
We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. International deliveries are handled through our trusted logistics partners who specialize in cross-border e-commerce shipments.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated based on destination and package weight. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Free International Shipping: Available on orders above ₹15,000 to select countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore).
- Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge. These charges vary by country.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after placing your order.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days due to high order volume.
- Pre-order and made-to-order items have specific processing timelines mentioned on their product pages.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time through:
- The tracking link sent to your registered email and phone number.
- Our Order Tracking page by entering your Order ID and email address.
- Your account dashboard under "My Orders" if you have a registered account.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch as the carrier scans and processes the package.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your sarees, but if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, here's what to do:
- Damaged Package: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
- Lost Package: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date (domestic) or 25 business days (international), contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship the order or issue a full refund.
- For international shipments, the customer must check with local customs offices if the package is held for customs clearance.
6. Shipping Partners

- Domestic: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post (for remote areas)
- International: DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, India Post International
- All shipments are insured against damage and loss during transit.
- We select the optimal carrier based on your location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
7. Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
- A complete and accurate shipping address with landmark details.
- A valid and reachable phone number for the delivery partner.
- Any special delivery instructions in the order notes (e.g., gate code, preferred time).
- We recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
